Well then I suggest you get back on it.
Every month, if you have sex around the time of ovulation (usually two weeks before your period, but it can vary a lot) you have about a one in four chance of getting pregnant. Missing multiple pills can make your body have as much as a one in three chance of ovulating. So if you've had unprotected sex since missing your pills, you've got maybe a 1/12 chance of getting pregnant.
You have options, if you've missed pills. You can take emergency contraception, which costs about $25 and is available behind the counter at most pharmacies, as late as 3 days after unprotected sex. This'll knock your chances of getting pregnant way down, although still not to zero. If you opt not to do this, you still should use backup b.c. (condoms) for at least the first week back on the pill.

I got pregnant twice right after stopping the pill. The second time it was twins!! As soon as you stop taking the pill, your body will start releasing eggs again. Even if you haven't had a period after stopping the pill, your body may release an egg and you may get pregnant

Once you discontinue taking the pill, your body may very well ovulate which, if you're sexually active, can lead to pregnancy. Until you can resume some kind of birth control, you should abstain from sex or use both condoms and a foam spermicide.

My advice....if you don't want to get pregnant, get back on the pill, take it religiously, and take other precautions until you have been doing that for at least a cycle. If you can't get back on it, then use condoms, but understand that they are not as effective.

Use protection. It's better to be safe then sorry. I had a friend who missed one pill, doubled up and still ended up pregnant. You never know.
