i want to separate serum from blood with out any hemolysis .

Allow to clot for at least 10 minutes, then centrifuge in a std hospital type centrifuge. Make sure there is no anticoagulant in the collection tube - otherwise you'll be getting plasma, not serum.

That's the way it's usually done. Results in virtually no hemolysis.

To seperate serum from blood you need to centrifuge the sample after it has been sitting for 30 minutes (needs to clot) then spin it down for 15 minutes at 1500rpm. The yellowish serum will be on top and the blood cells will be on the bottom of the teat tube.
