AFTER 1275 MILES I HAD TO PULL OFF. THE THING IS I WAS PRETTY LEAN WHEN I STARTED AND FINISHED AT ABOUT 3% BODY FAT. EVER SINCE I HAVE PUT WIEGHT WHEN WAS NEVER ABLE TO IN THE PAST. I'M UP TO AROUND 11% NOW AND HATE IT. IT BOTHERS ME. I EAT HEALTHY AS HELL BUT STILL CANT SEEM TO STOP THE WEIGHT GAIN. I WORK LIKE CRAZY NOW AND DONT HAVE THE TIME TO RUN LIKE I USED TO. AM I I STUCK GETTING OLD AND FAT?

MY current boyfriend and I are very much in love and he has asked me to marry him... Well he has a little boy with his ex who he hasnt been with for more than a year now. Well she is claiming that she hasn't been with anyone since my boyfriend and that 4 years ago before they had their son that she was with a guy...And now she thinks she has herpes from that guy and she says that my boyfriend now probably has herpes... He has never had an outbreak and neither have I... But now she claims that she thinks she is having an outbreak 4 yrs later....I need some relief to what anyone thinks or knows... I thikn it is kind of unliekly that she can show signs 4 years later and my boyfriend no signs and me will turn out to have herpes... I'm getting tested I guess I just want peace of mind

I am on an antibiotic that states I cannot drink whatsoever...i have big plans tonight and want some drinks to calm my nerves, what would happen if i stop taking the med just for one day then get back on tomorrow? I know I sound like an alchy but im not, i sort of have a date and need some alcoholic beverages to loosen me up...what should i do?

I have a 40 yr old cousin I just recently reconnected with after 15 years. He's always helped me and my family and somewhere he's lost himself. I was very shocked to find he is almost 500lbs. I came home, cried for him , and then realized, that can't help him! But there must be something that can. He doesn't have much income, does anyone know of any funding available for individuals like this. He's in the OH area.... God bless anyone who can point me in the right direction. I'm totally in the dark on this one. Thanks.

got it for my birthday and love it i get my 3 fruits and 5 veggies a day...but my dad recently said that its not helping because im not getting the fiber i need...so what do you guys think...is it doing more damage than help...usually i do it in the morning witch is about 2 full glasses in all and usually ill eat carrots,celery,or grapes throught the day and usually thats it unless i eat a salad for dinner....so what do you guys think>>>>

Hello, Since i was about 17 i have been suffering from chronic back pain, which actually forced me out of school my senior year. I had a severe sciatica which was pinching the nerve so bad i could barely move. I walked really slowly, i coulden't turn my head, i had to be homeschooled for the rest of my senior year. ANYWAY. i am 19 now, and it is better, i can move better, but i still have a nagging pain in my lower back that will not quit. I know i do have a herniated disc, and Degenerative Disc Disease. Does anyone know any therapy that can help aleviate the pain? Please let me know. Thanks.

I have always had faint dark circles under my eyes and then as I grew older my allergies got worse and now I am a night shift worker so that dosen't help. I tried a tomato juice and lemon juice, and tumeric recipe I found on the internet but it didn't work well for me. Does anyone know of any home remedies? I am not as worried about the appearence as I am about taking care of the skin around my eyes so I don't look so old and unlively. I want my skin to be healthy and fresh! Any SERIOUS ideas would be most helpful thanks!

I have recently restarted lifting wieghts. In the past I was able to somewhat tone my arms and shoulders, but I want more. I want to define and sculpt them a bit. I want the muscles to show definition. I do 3 repetitions of 10 for each exercise. What else can I do? Do I need to do more for longer? What specific excercise/movements really help? Thanks.

My sister has been getting the shot for like 6 yrs now, and she always feels tired and if she has intercourse at all she bleeds. The main thing lately is after her shot she gets INSANE migrains and now severe constipation. I am worried about her! I work in a hospital and a patient , who is also on the shot came in for a bone scan and said that her physician told her this shot may cause bone loss, which made me wonder what else could go wrong. Perhaps it has nothing to do with the shot, i dont know!
