You have to ask the recruiter what were the grounds for the disqualification. If you told about your condition in the interview, you really didnt have to say it and the recruiter didnt have to ask that cause that is grounds for discrimination and its grounds for discrimination. But you really need proof for this if it really happened.

I'm a nurse. Your heart is a very serious organ/muscle. Keep looking you will get hired at another place. See your doctor and ask him what jobs can you do with your condition. Take care and all the best. Try not to worry just never give up.

Most companies pre screen you for employment through employee health. If the job you are applying for involves intense physical labor, you may be disqualified. The company does not want to be responsible for causing your demise.
