AFTER 1275 MILES I HAD TO PULL OFF. THE THING IS I WAS PRETTY LEAN WHEN I STARTED AND FINISHED AT ABOUT 3% BODY FAT. EVER SINCE I HAVE PUT WIEGHT WHEN WAS NEVER ABLE TO IN THE PAST. I'M UP TO AROUND 11% NOW AND HATE IT. IT BOTHERS ME. I EAT HEALTHY AS HELL BUT STILL CANT SEEM TO STOP THE WEIGHT GAIN. I WORK LIKE CRAZY NOW AND DONT HAVE THE TIME TO RUN LIKE I USED TO. AM I I STUCK GETTING OLD AND FAT?

Burn it off or Pack it on... That's how it is,the same thing happend to me after a month in a coma I was 145(Fighting weight) going in and 143 coming out(after 30days on IV) but lost allot of visible muscle and now 2years later I'm 180. Guess my (our) body is going to make sure it doesn't starve again...I like 180 though.. I'm still not Fat just harder to shove around.

I think you need to speak with someone - sounds like you have an unreasonable fixation - 11% is still in the excellent category for a man. You need body fat for normal body functions.

Not only women can suffer from eating disorders.

since you work like hell you might have a lot of stress every ones body reacts differently but stress can be a factor in weight gain i would reduce stress and go from there
