I have recently restarted lifting wieghts. In the past I was able to somewhat tone my arms and shoulders, but I want more. I want to define and sculpt them a bit. I want the muscles to show definition. I do 3 repetitions of 10 for each exercise. What else can I do? Do I need to do more for longer? What specific excercise/movements really help? Thanks.

You could install a chin-up bar. They're fun and easy to get used to. I got mine at Eastern Mountain Sports and it was less than
$20. Just put it in any doorway and you can start right away. Installing it is very easy.

Push-ups and chin-ups are still the best exercises for chest, arms, and shoulders.

hold a weight in each hand out in front of you( if they are not too heavy)and butterfly your arms in and out up and down but don't let you resistance give when you bring them down
