got it for my birthday and love it i get my 3 fruits and 5 veggies a day...but my dad recently said that its not helping because im not getting the fiber i need...so what do you guys think...is it doing more damage than help...usually i do it in the morning witch is about 2 full glasses in all and usually ill eat carrots,celery,or grapes throught the day and usually thats it unless i eat a salad for dinner....so what do you guys think>>>>
