Don't be scared but get to a dr asap. If you phone your gp now (when they're closed) there will be the number for nhs direct/24 depending on where you live on the message - phone them and you can speak to a nurse to see if you should be in hospital tonight. Have you been refered to someone at the hospital for endometriosis? You could try phoning the ward if you have the number and they might be able to advise you too.
Good luck xxx

It could be a reaction to the painkillers. Go to your doctor ASAP, you may need the dosage adjusting. Does it hurt??? If so put a hot water bottle on your tummy too, to help ease the pain. The worst you can do is worry at the mo, bleeding's not always bad, just seems it. xxx

Sounds like the severe endometriosis is the culprit and not the pain killers. I also think I'd see a specialist if you are not seeing one already.

its probably just piles, usually if it is red blood nothing much to worry about, darker blood that looks like coffe grounds is a sign of internal bleeding & needs immediate attention. Tried NHS direct? (if you are a brit that is)

you do really need to see your doc - it could be just nothing but it might mean that there's something wrong with your bowel. only a doctor can really ascertain what the problem is - i had this problem too and it turned out to be just a small diet related problem. don't worry - just get checked out!
