Tried it. It worked - I lost 10 pounds! But I always had a funny feeling in stomach. That feeling I have when I am fasting but I had just eaten.

It does encourage you to eat lots of veggies but I can't do without my breads.

Good diet if you are ready for a complete lifestyle change. This is not for someone who wants to lose a few pounds and then go back to eating whatever they want. If done the correct way, it is safe and very effective. However, stay away from the so-called "low carb" snacks and processed food. Totally goes against the purpose of the diet in the first place. If you're interested, get the book and read it before you begin.

It's just not good for you.....go for the South Beach Diet. It works and teaches you how to eat healthy for the rest of your life, and still enjoy great food. I lost 30lbs before my wedding on the South Beach diet. It's also a good idea to get the Cookbooks, most of the recipes are really good. Good Luck :)
