The medical definition for health would be "the absence of disease." Diseases can come from a number of causes, but essentially they are some type of disruption in the normal functioning of an organ or body system. Consequently, how they are prevented varies. But some basic ways to stay healthy, which in turn will help prevent diseases are:
Exercise regularly
Eat healthy food that is as natural and preservative-free as possible
Drink plenty of water and other non-diuretic fluids
Do not abuse/misuse drugs and chemicals (includes smoking and too much alcohol)
Get regular gender/risk/age-specific physical assessments
Get the recommended vaccinations for your age and risk factors
Get plenty of sleep
Manage your stress
Keep your environment clean and as free from pollutants as possible
Wash your hands frequently
Practice safe sex

these are opposites.
keep urself healthy by eating clean food breathing fresh air and some physical exercise. good sleep also is recommended.
diseases are so many, and of so many kinds. Broadly speaking, prevention is better than cure.
They spread by contacting other affected people or due to dirt. So keep ur sorroundings clean.
spray "metacid" in n around the house once a year. close doors and windows and have a day out on that day. This kills mosquitoes and other germs culturing in the house.

Health- is wealth. Health stands for 'heal' ing oneself from illness.
It is a state of physical and mental well being. An individual is capable of performing day today activities with utmost ease and confidence. We can keep ourselves healthy with a proper and balanced diet, exercise and adequate rest.
Dis 'ease -when a person is not at ease physically and mentally it results in disease.
Diseases can be hereditary like diabetes, heart problems colour blindness, haemophilia etc.
non hereditary like vitamin deficiency diseases
infectious like chicken pox, malaria etc.
Infectious diseases spread mainly because of dirty surroundings and unhygienic habits.
Diseases spread through contaminated water ( typhoid, jaundice ,cholera)
through air-( T.B., Influenza, SARS)
Through contact- (mumps,AIDS)
through vectors-( rabies, malaria, dengue, chikungunya)
We can prevent diseases by keeping our surroundings clean,
vaccinations and inoculations as preventive and protective methods
diet, exercise, yoga to raise our immunity levels
go for medical checkups without much delay,
giving up superstitions .
Lastly to remain 'fit as a fiddle'
Prevention is better than cure!

Helth is state of mind as well as body. If one is free from diseases it doesnt mean he is healthy.Health covers broader spectrum including pscyclogical health. social health etc. If one is suffering from anxiety or depression he cant be said healthy because it ultimatly affects ur physcial health. Both are related to each other. As one is obese he is also not healthy. so keep happy n healthy.
