I like adkins,
Its fast, ( 12-14 lbs in first 2 weeks, then a little slower, but still rapid)
if you are hungry, you just go eat something. ( thats on the diet)

no limit to how much, just carbs

basicly you start with 20 carbs a day

for 2 weeks,
then you add 5
so week 3 you get 25 carbs a day
week 4, 30
and so on
at some point, you will see you are not loosing wieght anymore,
and you know how many carbs you can handle.....
and you drop it to less than that.

its prob in your local library.

There is no fast diet, nor is there an easy one. A "diet" is simply a temporary weight loss program, pill, etc that makes you feel better for a short time, but worse when you pack it all back on with your crappy lifestyle.

If you want to lose weight permanently, you have to change the way you live, which is neither fast or easy. You have to burn more calories than you eat, for starters, and it is VERY simple to drop about 1 lb per week by drinking water instead of soda, and cutting out the "little" snacks you grab.

After that, start looking at what you eat. NEVER EAT MCDONALD'S, Taco Bell, or other bad fast food. Hit Tokyo Joe's or a good Subway sandwich instead. Fast food does NOT give a damn about you, and their only goal is to get you coming back for more (just like cigarettes).

You should start exercising daily. Even something as small as walking around the block after lunch still burns calories, improves your mood, and makes you feel better. Find something that you enjoy and go for it. My personal favorite is bicycling, and a fast ride can burn over 800 calories per hour.

Look into organic foods, and start reading labels. First of all, do not eat anything with the word "hydrogenated" in the ingredient list. Your next priority is to eliminate "high fructose corn syrup" and anything you can't pronounce. Eat whole grains, not just packages that say "Made With Whole Grains!!!!!" on the box. Safeway's new line of organic foods are surprisingly delicious, and do NOT taste like cardboard the way old-school health food used to.

If you break down sometimes and eat two packs of Twinkies, it's not over. Follow the 80/20 rule: if you can eat good 80% of the time, you're doing far better than most people and probably deserve a treat now and then. Just don't fall off the wagon completely.

If you follow just two of the above suggestions and incorporate them into your life permanently, you WILL lose weight and, more importantly, keep it off.

Hi there, if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins. This allows your body to get all the things it needs to function correctly and so you don’t feel hungry or tired. By doing this instead of going on one of these current craze diets you will be successful. I used a protein based diet with Herbalife after a friend who had lost weight recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so fairly easily. There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right path to choose, I could tell the difference right away. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. You also a get e free complete health consultation with the samples, I think I just paid the postage, but for what I got it was well worth it.
I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them, the products, the tips you get and encouragement are excellent. I am still with them so I stay healthy. The owners will advise you on what to purchase depending on what you want to lose, my sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in less than five months. The website is www.myhealthabc.com, if you want to lose the healthy way and quickly then this is for you. You just leave your details and they call you up, I would suggest that if you aren’t sure or don’t want someone to ring you then go to their main site www.myhealthabcmall.com and you can see all the products and packages. This is what I did before I went to the first site and left my details so they could contact me. You can see with all the products and detail they have, so you know that they mean business. Its nice to have contact with real people who care about you losing weight and improving your health. I know that I will continue to keep the weight off with the help I have received. I think so long as you are serious about losing weight then these guys will genuinely get you there. Good luck.

I suggest that you try body cleansing. I tried it and really got lean quickly. I lost 15 pounds in 9 days and also 3 inches off my waist. I do body sculpting so getting leaner was my goal. My sister did this program too and she lost a lot of weight quickly. I did not know too much about cleansing but there are a lot of TV commercials about this stuff. This is a body cleanse and not just a colon cleanse, I wanted my body to get lean quickly and this did the trick! it is easy, it is called the eat more vegetables diet and drink one glass of milk.

eat 3-4 servings of vegetables per day, and have a glass of milk with dinner. This will replace other things you are normally eating with healthly alternatives.

If you can stop eating out or fast food during the week this will help even more.
