Hi! I've got a couple of questions about panic attacks. About six months ago I started having them. I went to the doctor, and he wouldn't prescribe me anything and told me that I needed to just relax...
They are still occuring and I'm not sure what will help. When I am not having panic attacks I am constantly anxious and constantly worrying about everything. I'm just not sure how to feel better... can someone offer some advice? Thank you...

Ok, Im in high school, and I'm a little overweight, I want to lose at least 30 pounds, but I hate exersise !, I think I'll be ok with the dieting, but I can never stick to the working out part, I do P.E at school 4 days a week for an hour and a half each time, should that be enough ?

please help me! i feel terrible and i have used the rest of my strength to type this. is there anything i can do to make me feel better, apart from sleep the days away? i cant do that as i have two kids age 4 and 5. my youngest has had it too so has been in bed with me for two days. my eldest has been walked to school by her nan. but now my little'un is better, i feel like i am dying. please help me, i have noooooo energy!!!

i injured my shoulder and the dr doesnt know what is wrong yet cuz they havent done any test and this happened a month ago
i been putting heat and ice on it and taking ib profen and tylenol
and now the pain is going up my neck and giving me headaches and pain down my back, in the front and down my arm on my right side the pain is shape tingley and my fingers get swollon once in awhile any help out there

I can eat and then as soon as I'm done eating I'm still hungry. It's been this way for a few days. Today I ate a pack of peanut butter crackers(200 calories) for breakfast and then two more for lunch. I also have been snacking on some sunflower seeds! I'm 21, at 5'4 and weigh 112, active and have never had weight problems before. Could it be my metabolism or me about to start gaining weight?

We are all being treated for it...my son and my daughter and i am...hubby doesn't want to get treated...he said he doesn't have it...Well, whatever...OK how long after the first dose do they die...She got her first treatment on This Past Monday....she had diarreah in her pull-up today(wednesday) and it still had worms in it...This is really grossing me out I am also 6months pregnant...so seing stuff like this is really gross...

She get's her second treatment of 1 pill in 2 weeks(from this past monday) Thanks for the Info.

I've been shaking on and off for the past two days and my heart sometimes beats really fast. I thought it could be just stress related, I've went through a lot the past three years. divorce, death of a close friend, and family member. And having three small kids. ok well ive been on a diet and i have lost a few pounds and im not hugely obese i just need to loose like 30 puonds... i really really like being super thin and wearing skinny jeans, i havent worked out at all because i think if i do my legs will probably get muscular and thats my worst nightmare... someone told me the fat turns into muscle when you work out and my legs are pretty thin but still have some fat on them so im worried if i start jogging thell be muscular and i wont be able to wear skinny jeans...please help?
