ichy white stuff on my penis help?

i have developed this ichy white stuff on the side of my penis and it won't go away,what is it?

If it is dry and scaly, it might be psoriasis. But go to the doctor, it could be something worse :(

I am not sure I have a direct answer as it can be many things. The best thing to do is go see a doctor and make sure to abstain from sexual activity with others until you find out what it is.
