I am a sophmore in high school and Im going into my junior year. I was told to bench 135 pound 21-14-7 sets. I only did it 6-3. How can i improve my strength

Im 17 and have constant back pain, i can sit down, exersize, lie down, and what ever i do nothing seems to help. its not a dreadful pain but enough to cause me discomfort. I have had a few deep massages by proffessionals but which only help for a while. I rarely drink liquid ( about one glass a day) and wonder if this could contribute. that could explain the lower back and kidney pain but my shoulders cause me extreme discomfort and just would love an explanation. would stress cause back pain and tension as i suffer from that alot?? carrying school stuff daily doesnt help matters either..... many thanks for your ideas of how to relieve this. xxxx

hey, im 14 i weigh 120 pounds and im 5'4
and i feel really fat my momcalls me fat my brother my whole family does. i just need some answers on how to get skinnyer.
btw i can't go outside due to my mom and her being to protective so i can't exercise ... so put that in mind.
i have read many people with the same type of question and lots of the answers said ' ohh wait till you 18 or just love you skin and stuff like dat. well here's the point. i am stressed outta ma head on loosing weight. i have a baby face so dat makes in 10x worse ..

i want to loose weight now and i dnt care about the side affects .

i try to stay in shape but the exercises i use don't help.

im boerd coz ive done everything in my area a million times, depressed about my stupid fat nose and sad about the fact my suposedly best friend was a cow
trying to ruin my life.
any ideas about things i can do to make me feel a bit better? dont say i need to go 2 a therapist or i have depresion or something, its just that im a teenager with mood swings and this faze is bound to pass soon but i just want to keep my spirits up until it does pass.

i havent injured my leg at all and have recently got back from thialand . i have had a blood test for d-dimers ( something to do with blood clots) which came back negative. the leg is not swollen but the pain can be intense and moves around at random yet it seems to keep to the inside of the leg ( ankle calf or knee area) . the doctor says its just muscular but it doesnt feel like that to me . any ideas ?? please help thankyou.
