4 years ago i tore my anterior cruciate ligament in my knee (had MRI scan to diagnose this). For the most part i can get on with everyday life, i can do my horse riding, walking and even running. Now and again my knee 'pops' out but usually pops back in if i straighten my leg, however over christmas it popped out and wouldn't pop back in, i got my husband to pull my leg and it popped back, The other morning my knee popped out again (just turning over in the bed), it was VERY painful, i tried to pop it back in but couldn't, i could not put any weight on it, i got the crutches out and went to doc, she sent me to a&e, they said x-ray showed bones were in place, they said i need to go to orthopedic surgeon and get a key hole scope to clean out knee, however to fix the tear of the ligament i would need a reconstruction op, i have heard it takes long time to heal and is not always successful. Has anyone out there had this op done and how long does it take to heal, was it successful?

Here are my options: I substitute teach and while I have a little money I feel it is going nowhere. Plus, the girl left me right before X-mas. Phsychological? Or I take Iron and plenty of other supplements. Physical? Or in the past week I havent exercised at all. I am just too tired to go. Physical? Or am I just whining like a school girl? Pathetic?

I had it about 2 months ago and I was feeling better, but now I am struggling with fatigue again and it's starting to concern me. Any ideas on how to nip this in the bud? I have made a promise to myself to eat right, sleep right and work out more, but is there anything more I can do? I just want to feel like my normal vibrant self again.

Has anyone used solaquin forte cream or tretinoin to fade dark spots on there face or help with fine lines and wrinkles? I have prescriptions I haven't filled yet and I was wondering how effective they were. I was also wondering if you could use them with other anti aging products.......

How can I lose the belly fat after so long of having kids? Or do I have to see a cosmetic doctor for it? I have been doing sit ups alot ever since I had kids and have not stopped even including doing exercises along with that, granted my belly is small but the rest I don't know if it just stubborn fat that won't go away or excess skin from just carrying a baby.
Help!! Cause I have wedding coming up and plus I want it gone for good...
