yes..nicotine stays in his mucus after smoking...even if he brush..so if hes a good kisser..just deal with it..after all its a kiss that made the frog into prince...yummy.

I can't imagine how second hand smoke and kissing are connected unless the woman is smoking while she is being kissed. My boyfriend doesn't like smoking at all and I know he wouldn't kiss me I had been smoking. I never smoke in front of him in fact the only time I do it is when I am out and having cocktails and most of time I don't do it then.....

You just asked if you can second hand "smoke" after kissing a smoker.....so unless they still have the cigarette smoke in their mouth when you kiss them, then the obvious answer is no.
