How can I lose the belly fat after so long of having kids? Or do I have to see a cosmetic doctor for it? I have been doing sit ups alot ever since I had kids and have not stopped even including doing exercises along with that, granted my belly is small but the rest I don't know if it just stubborn fat that won't go away or excess skin from just carrying a baby.
Help!! Cause I have wedding coming up and plus I want it gone for good...

hi, try this it worked for me and my sis and we have six kids between us, , if you want to lose weight, improve your health generally, and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I had no energy and felt just generally rotten all round so I sought the advice of a nutritional coach (whose advice was FREE) and got myself some great products, I even got free samples before I got started so I could see just how good they were!! There is a website called myhealthabc.com If go on there and fill out the details page you will get a call with no pressure about what you need. There is a mall area as well that’s got some great info and its all set out with easy to follow headings so you can find what you want. It’s so easy and the stuff they have is excellent. I have been using their products for over two years and I feel great. I lost 70 pounds in less than seven months!! My sister lost 60 pounds in five months. The stuff is amazing.

If you want to lose weight, try a combination of cardio and eating better.

You can't "spot-treat" fat. Exercising one area will make the muscles underneath bigger, and could actually make things look worse.

If you want to get rid of the fat in one area, you have to lose weight all over.

Try to reduce your calories and increase the amount of cardio you do. Try not to be too drastic in cutting calories...if you cut too many, your metabolism will drop, and it will make it hard to lose weight.

With the cardio, try to do half an hour at a time, at least 3 or 4 days a week. Also, try to keep upping the intensity. Your body adjusts quickly, so you have to keep challenging it to continue to burn calories.

Well, is it fat or skin? Skin will be very saggy and wrinkly looking. Fat will be more dense. If it is just skin, then a tummy tuck (or a partial one, depending on your size) will be needed. If it is fat, try doing cardio exercise for at least 25 minutes everyday to try to burn it away.
