Here's a chart of the RDA (recommended daily allowance) for various kinds of vitamins.

Note that it's better to get these from food rather than from supplements.

You dont need to take any. Just eat more fresh fruit and vegetables and exercise more. A lot of the stuff you see about particular supplements and 'superfoods' helping with specific ailments is pretty much nonsense. Don't believe the hype.

I take a Centrum multivitamin every day. I eat a healthy diet, but it just makes sure I get enough of everything just in case I "fall of the wagon" and eat junk.

You could go to the doctors and have some blood tests done and the results will tell you which deficiencies that you have

Have your Dr. do a simple blood test to see if you are low on any of them. Then go from there.
