Nothing. Those reading are perfectly acceptable. And considering the margin of variance with a meter, there really isn't much difference between the two.

FBS of 115 but before bed 105? How long before bed had you eaten? How long was your fast? Either way, it's on the high side of normal (70/80-120).

Watch what you eat....cut down on sugar, white flour, carbs, beer/alcohol.

115 is considered okay and I wouldn't worry about doing anything. I think it goes up to 140 before there is a problem noted. You should be fine.

your liver is releasing sugar during sleep. Your body thinks it needs food so it releases stored sugar. I assume you snack before bed if so reevulate your snack, If you don't snack then maybe added a snack may help.

I would kill for those numbers. It sounds very good. 80-120 is normal.
