ok so i like weigh 125lbs and i want to loose 10 lbs or more befor springbreak

Oh my god, you look fine now...why are you putting your perception of beauty in the hands of beauty magazines that are written by women and homosexual men? Have you ever looked at a guys magazine? Almost all the women have curves. In fact Marlyn Monroe was voted sex symbol for the 20th century and she had a hell of a lot of curves and weighed more then 125. You can always take the "48 hour hollywood miricle drink" which is a diuretic and gives you diarrhea. You lose electrolytes and get dehydrated but you will lose 10lbs. Or you could eat a large breakfast, medium lunch and skip supper. That right there is probably the safest. The calories from breakfast and lunch will burn off during the day and you will lose weight since you body isn't storing your supper as fat.

PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE THAT STOPPING EATING AND EXERCISING TOO MUCH CAN CAUSE A HEART ATTACK.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Although your weight is probably fine for your height (unless you're really short), if you really want to lose weight quickly you might want to cut out a couple hundred calories. If you eat a lot of junk food, cut almost all of it out of your diet, and make sure to drink plenty of water and exercise. Soup is always a good meal, as well as baked chicken or fish. Stick to the diet (and exercise, if possible) and you should lose some weight; if not 10 pounds it should be close.

I'm in the same situation as you are. I range from 120-130 and I also want to lose 10 pounds. Me personally, I think I'm going to have small meals with no snacks and lots of water. I play sports and go to the gym, so that takes care of exercising. You should do the same.

Don't workout for 3 or 4 hours like someone suggested. You only need about 1 hour of cardio and strength training after that your body starts to shut down and the exercise becomes pointless and more dangerous. You can swim after the first workout if you like. I am sure you look fine please take it easy and be safe.

(plus don't look at your weight it's not a reliable source. Muscle ways more then fat so your weigh is probably muscle)

only eat on days that start with T and drink alot of water. don't go over 200 calories on the T days and have mini snacks on the other days that aren't over 20 calories. you'll get fast results with out becoming anorexic or your body starving its self or eating away your muscles.

go to the gym 3 or 4 hours each day. no carbs. no sugar. lots of protein and vegetables. good luck!
