Here are my options: I substitute teach and while I have a little money I feel it is going nowhere. Plus, the girl left me right before X-mas. Phsychological? Or I take Iron and plenty of other supplements. Physical? Or in the past week I havent exercised at all. I am just too tired to go. Physical? Or am I just whining like a school girl? Pathetic?

It sounds like you could have a ltitle bit of depression going on.
Try getting out in the sunshine. If there isn't much chance of that due to weather, then do what I do, spend about 20 minutes in a tanning booth. It really helps.
Also, don't let yourself sleep more than eight hours at a time. Depression can and will make you feel like you could sleep all day.
Get out and run, or at least walk. Do something to get yourself out of the house that includes exercise. It does really help.

Appears like ou're whining like a little school girl.
If you don't like your job then make arranements to get another. Nobody threatened your lif if you didn't do the job. The rest of the factors: I'nm sure your school has a nurse and counselor. Talk to them and see what they say. That's the best I can offer you.

i find the more active i am the more energy i have to do stuff. If i sleep late and sit around the house, i'm usually always tired.

I think it has to do with our diet..all that processed food brings up down!
