Ok, Im in high school, and I'm a little overweight, I want to lose at least 30 pounds, but I hate exersise !, I think I'll be ok with the dieting, but I can never stick to the working out part, I do P.E at school 4 days a week for an hour and a half each time, should that be enough ?

do not become a vegitarian, eat healthy, a well balanced meal, stay away from sweets and snacks, no cake, cookies potatoe chips, etc.....if you want a snack eat cottage cheese, fruits, apple sauce or have a glass of water. these will fill you up with minimal calories/ fat...P.E. is healthy for you and it will not hurt, obviously the more excersize you do, the quicker you will lose wieght, when eating correctly. When it comes to excersizing noone likes it, well atleast i know i do not , think about riding your bike, swimming, maybe even doing sit ups before you go to bed every night,

well, actually, going vegan isn't the best decision. One because you cant eat a burger, (joking) and Two its really not all that healthy. I've known several people that tried being vegetarian (not even vegan) and they were sick all the time, they were even taking supplemental pills to make up for the loss of nutrients, we were naturally made to be omnivores (both meat and plant eaters)

but anyway, the best way to lose fat is to do a little workouts in the morning before you eat, than EAT, don't starve yourself, that'll actually make you go the other way, just eat a balanced healthy diet and get plenty of sleep and you should be fine. But your not going to lose 30 pound by diet alone, you gotta do some work yourself.

Most experts reccomend at least 30 minutes of exersice 3-4 times a week, so as long as you are actually exercising in PE that should be plenty. Just don't be like I was in hight school and hide out in the corners and participate as little as possible. That won't work very well. Good luck.

Become vegetarian :)

anybody can walk and it helps lose weight while improving muscle tone
