You can have bacterial vaginosis (BV) that doesn't have any symptoms. If that is the case with you, your gynecologist should have had you set up a follow-up appointment to make sure that the antibiotic treatment actually cured you. BV is usually nothing too dangerous, but if it is left unchecked it can sometimes lead to more serious illnesses like pelvic inflammatory disease. This can make you very sick and/or infertile. Make sure you take all your antibiotics.

Anyway, a lot of things can cause bacterial infections. Normally your vagina has beneficial organisms that flourish there and kill off invaders, but they don't always succeed. Things that can irritate the vagina and make it more susceptible to BV are:
Douching
Use of an IUD
Poor hygeine
Use of deodorizing tampons
Untreated diabetes or other chronic illnesses

The bacteria itself can come from almost anywhere. Bacteria surround us... it's only when they get out of control that it becomes a problem.

My chum, you're approximately to alter right into a woman. Congratulations!!! by potential of this I recommend you will no longer have a penile yet might have some thing which looks extra like a vaginal. Lol this question is obviously a joke,

sometimes too mush moisture will cause bacteria to grow faster, strong fabric softener, perfumes, bath jells, shower wash, not completely drying after shower or bath.
