Medicaid? No, it doesn't. That's an elective surgery that you would have to pay for out of pocket. I don't think Medicaid would be very please if you had this done and got pregnant-----since the baby would also end-up on Medicaid. Why would you have a baby when you obviously can't afford what you have now?
