Reasonable Cause must be established to force someone to be "Drug Tested" against their will.

Yet lately it seems "If you want" you must sign and pass a test. Drivers License, Jobs even Healthcare, what next?

I read that, at best, there is a 30% to 35% chance of "false" positive. Now that stinks.

Personally, I refuse to waiver the very same rights and protections I went to War to protect, in exchange for a HealthCare Benefit my Country PROMISED me, to treat me for the poison my Country dumped on me.
My grandfather would faint if you asked him to pee in a cup for a job. Could I have your opinions on this topic?

Im a 25 year old male who just started working out about 3 weeks ago. I used to weigh 215 but Ive dropped down to 203 in 3 weeks by changing my diet (no more than 2000 calories a day) and doing cardio for 30-40 minutes a day (5 days a week). Ive noticed the last couple days that Ive just been really tired and light headed. Almost like I just need to go sleep. I got 8 hours of sleep the night before last, and only about 7 last night. I take vitamins every morning. I eat eggs, veggies, toast, milk for breakfast, sandwich (whole wheat) turkey or roast beef, eat some fruity during the day, dinner either chicken or steak, and rice or with a salad. What am I doing wrong? not enough water? too much excersize for my body to handle right away?

(I used to do nothing active at all, and I would eat probably around 3-4000 calories a day, but i changed it one day 3 weeks ago)

I have noticed that as human ages, few outlooks change. One of those is to do with the LIPS. The lips become narrower ...seems that the lips kind of fold inward (towards mouth). I have noticed that this could be different with each race. Does anyone know a natural way of dealing with it (such as if one/Drs../Biologists know of an effective exercise)?

I need help with ideas for migraines I have been getting almost every day since I became pregnant 14 weeks ago... I have gotten migraines for over 15 years but never this strong or often. My ob has prescribed Tylenol with codeine, which does nothing. I normally take Fioricet, which my ob feels is too much of a risk. I have still taken it occasionally because I can't handle the pain... it sometimes helps and sometimes doesn't... I am seeing a neurologist in 2 weeks, but that's still a long time to be in this much pain. Does anyone have ideas that I can discuss with my doctor? I know there are risks with many narcotics, etc. during pregnancy, but my life matters, too- I have a 12 month old daughter and a husband that need me, too. I feel I've been neglecting them big time because of this, not to mention being in pain every day is miserable enough to begin with. I don't care if it's Smarties, if it helps take my pain away, I will try anything, please help!

I have trouble staying asleep at night. I'll wake up from a small sound and not be able to go to sleep agian for sometimes an hour! My arms also fall asleep at night and start to tingle and go numb. That wakes me up too and I'm constantly changing positions for my arms. What should I do to sleep better?

I know how this sounds but ever since I've gotten engaged (over a year ago, wedding July 07) it's been the most stressful time of my life. Me and my fiance have NO money, we can't save, and are not going to be able to pay for this wedding (which he wanted not me). We are so financially up shi*s creek right now it's beyond anything I could have ever imagined. I wake up gasping for breath at night feeling like my heart has stopped, I grind my teeth, I cry all the time. I'm so sick over the lack of finances, I'm at my wits end with the whole thing. I'm now on 1mg of zanex so I can sleep without waking up thinking that I'm dead or about to die. I honestly just don't know what to do. Not getting married is not an option, cancelling the reception will cost even more money we don't have and his mother is a big, fat, super annoying ***** whose making things even worse. I know no one has the answers but it sure feels good to tell a bunch of strangers. Sorry for the rant. Any help would be good.
