Every time I eat a salad for my lunch, I feel hypo-glycemic afterward. My salads are very nutritous, with plenty of protein (usually a couple of chicken breast strips, one sliced egg and a big spoonful of kidney beans) and not too much "bad stuff" (no cheese, ham, bacon) and of course plenty of veggies. I do use blue cheese dressing, but not a disgusting amount...I use it pretty sparingly. Any idea why I feel crummy after eating what should be a healthy meal? If this feeling doesn't stop, I'm switching to Big Macs. :)
