I use the toilet before taking a shower, kinda defeats the purpose of being clean if it was the other way around.

There isn't a general rule. Whatever makes you happy. Your bowel movement may not always be ready to go in the morning prior to a shower. Therefore, you will have to do so after. But if it were a preference, I would do so prior to a shower. Therefore, I can ensure a cleaner crack, so to speak.

1. Hit snooze, roll out of bed.
2. Turn the shower on
3. Make your way to the porcelain throne.
3. Drop those little kiddos off....
4. Step into your oh so warm inviting shower!

That's what my huz does anyway...

Toilet first, then shower, so you're squeaky clean & sure of having no dingleberries!
