You cannot rid of cellulite without liposuction. You can tone the area of the cellulite for a smoother looking appearance but the only method to eliminate it is liposuction, and that's not always a guarantee either.
To firm any part of the body requires cardio exercises and muscle toning exercises. You need to lose the fat with cardio as well as exercise the abdominal region.

To get rid of cellulite I find it best if you avoid dairy (as much as possible) and do work outs such as: lunges, squates, the stair masters, eliptical, and even running. Try anything that works your hamstrings.
To firm your stomach, try mixing cardio and weights. Do sit ups, or crunches while holding a weight. For cardio try running or box, kick boxing, or dancing.
