I am a 23 years old male, and am leaving for Cancun in about 2 1/2 weeks. I have been working out everyday for about the last month and a half, and have been doing 200 crunches for the last 2 weeks. I am seeing improvement but I need to see more. Any suggestions for fast ab improvements? Any supplements I can take that will kick in within the next 17 days??

umm supplement...maybe hardcore hydroxycut but there is no better way to get your abs than by cardio...you have to do cardio to burn fat around your abs for your abs to show. Also another important is your diet. No junk food and watch your calories.

I don't suggest a supplement. As "desperate" as you seem to get abs, it would be easy to over-take the supplement and your body could become dependent on it. Which would mean, as soon as you stop taking the supplement then all the fat/weight would come right back. Besides that, a lot of supplements just get rid of water-weight, not actual fat.

Instead of doing crunches, why not try sit-ups? Or, if you prefer crunches (as I do), then why not try different styles of crunches. Cross your right elbow over to your left knee (while lifting your knee) and vice-versa.

Do you do all of your crunches at once? If not, try doing 200 in the morning and then doing another 50+ in the evening. Just add a bit more to your routine and I'm sure you can make it. 23 is young, you should bounce easily.

had the SAME problem...nature DOES take its course but thre real answer to this for me is this...."WALKING"...and a LOT of it....i walked 3 to 5 hours a day and they disappeared. it sounds like a lot, but walking is so good for you....while walking, I lost 37 lbs in 6 weeks....of course i modified my dietary regimen....NO carbs except in the morning.....like ONE muffin...but use tofu as well...with soy sauce, you can have twice the weuight as any other protein and it does NOT make yu gain weight...use FIRM tofu and actually with bottled teruiyaki sauce, you can make what tastes like a great dish..land twice the amount of it as you would have itf you were to use filet mignon...!!!! Also, if yo uasdd horse radish to it, you can make a cottage salad and it is delicious!!!! I am not a vegetarian,, but tofu, the firm stuff. is amazing!!! So walk, use fresh and steamed veggies and try to use PAM instead of any other thing to stirfry...NO rice now. Only Protiens, no white oniions, use green scallions and know that if yu keep your protiein in halves of let's say 9 ounces per day ...but remember that three meals a day is paramount...This is the way that i did it and the weight poured off me, Including love handlws...what i loved was that each day i looked better and it blew not only MY mind, but people around me saw me turn into how i use to look when I had just gotten married.....well? it is now all up to you and I wish yo uthe best!!!!

Drinking nothing but two protein shakes a day would help tone your muscles a little more (along with rigorous exercise of course)

Also, up your exercise regiment, your body can get stubborn if you do the same amount of exercise from day to day. Step it up a notch!

Good luck man, its a hard as hell to get well-defined abs, especially without a personal trainer.

No, your diet and the exercises are the key points. I suggest you get rid of your vanity and stop trying to impress others.
