the most affordable I know of is herbalife, we actually saved money on our regular food bills. , if you want to lose weight, improve your health generally, and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I had no energy and felt just generally rotten all round so I sought the advice of a nutritional coach (whose advice was FREE) and got myself some great products, I even got free samples before I got started so I could see just how good they were!! There is a website called myhealthabc.com If go on there and fill out the details page you will get a call with no pressure about what you need. There is a mall area as well that’s got some great info and its all set out with easy to follow headings so you can find what you want. It’s so easy and the stuff they have is excellent. I have been using their products for over two years and I feel great. I lost 70 pounds in less than seven months!! My sister lost 60 pounds in five months. The stuff is amazing.

Diets... don't really work. Well I mean, they do but once you go off of it you will start gaining weight again. And you certainly don't want to go on a diet for the rest of your life. So what I would say you do is just get your family to exercise more often, you could even do it as a family thing - hiking, swimming, going for a walk, etc. Make it fun for the kids and fun for the guys (Cause we all know how much guys hate to exercise). If you think your diet needs work, then cut out all of the bad stuff (ie: pop, juice thats high in sugar, pizza, junk food, etc) and replace it with the good stuff (sports drinks, water - and lots of it because it helps increase your motablism, fruits and veggies, protein - esp for the guys, etc) I'm not saying you need to cut all the bad stuff FOREVER, just don't eat it as often. Instead of eating it every week, start out eating it once every two weeks and go from there. You can do it!!! Oh yeah, and NO FAST FOOD!!!! Lol, Sorry! I had to say it. Good luck.

OK, here's affortable and for the entire family. You still have to eat. So choose healthy meals in controled portions. Not the all you can eat portions then save the left overs. Then add in excercise as a family. Maybe long walks or bike rides or a sporting activity you can all do. You don't have to be good at it as long as you keep moving. Bulding muscle will burn calories quicker than any diet can. Change the habit and you'll win the battle.

Okay. Cut back on how much meat you eat. Increase the amount of salads and vegetable side dishes. Make water your primary drink, not soda or beer or milk. Those small changes will add up to a considerable impact.

You can save money by not buying junk food like chips, cookies and all those other snacks that aren't good for you. Without all that in the house you will have less temptation.

Wouldn't eating less result in a smaller grocery budget?!?!?
