There is no set weight, it all depends on your height and what your body fat % is. If you are concerned ask your Doctor!

Hope this helps. I think i have to be 160lbs to be considered over weight. It does depend on your bone structure, and musscle mass.....

I am fat now :( but its coming off. I need to be at 76kg or below to no longer be clinically obese

If you look down and can't see your "junk" without leaning forward, you need to lose some weight.

Check with any BMI calculator, you enter your age, sex and height and it will tell you at what point you are obese. Just google BMI calculator.
