Most likely you are dehydrated. Drinking 2 to 3 glasses a day is not enough. It will eventually catch up to you with the end results doing exactly what is happening now...making you thirsty. Drink more water whether you are thirsty or not.

You could be coming down with a cold, that makes you dehydrated and more thirsty. You will be dehydrated you only feel thirsty when you are.

It sounds like your body needs more hydration. It could be your diet. Too much salt or alcohol could make you really thirsty. Drink more water, it's always good for you.
If it gets worse and you start to feel dizzy and sick, see a doctor.

When you are thirsty it means you need water. If you havent been eating salty foods then go get a checkup if it persists.

double the amount of water...are you on meds? this can make you thirsty also this is an indicator of Diabetes..get your urine and blood worke done asap..do you have night sweats? hunger?

Go get some blood work done. Excessive thirst can mean diabetes. OR, have you been eating anything that is excessively salty?

Yeah, I would say so. You should go to the doctor. Maybe yuo have been eating more sodium than normal....

I could be wrong but i think thirst could be a sighn of Kidney problem.
