That sound alright to me, not healthy at all but it's a plan. But don't stop eating all together, your body will think that your starving it and you metabolism will slow. You need to continue to eat, but eat things like carrots, dry salad, and make sure you are getting some calcium like yogurt or something. Best of luck on the weight loss.

I've never heard of apple cider vinegar working. I take hoodia and love it. I think if you add a well balanced protein powder or drink you will not only lose the weight but gain the muscle to keep it off. Good luck.

Why do you want to lose weight this way, specifically? Restricting calories this much actually STALLS weight loss. When your body doesn't get the calories it needs to function it will go into "starvation mode," hanging on to any extra fat for dear life.
If you want to lose weight, your best bet is to eat a healthy, well-balanced diet. Weight Watchers worked for me, but there are other great plans out there, I'm sure. Seriously, starving yourself will NOT work!

this will work but your weight will come back, the best way is to moderate what you do eat. such as instead of having a double cheeseburger get just a burger without cheese. I dont know how much weight your going to lose it all depends how your metabalism is, fast or slow, since your exercising that increases metabalism, so yeah you'll loose a decent amount of weight. good luck though try eating or you might faint from hunger.

I won't tell you thats its not healthy dinc eoyu apparently now the answer to that, but yes, you will lose weight....
then....
when you got to eat again even if it is 1000 cals in a day, you will gain more weight back.
Also, don't take any of that hoodia crap or anything like it, not good for you.
Don't want to sound like a jerk or anything, just looking out for your saftey.

Restricting calories too much lowers your metabolic rate, so you'll end up gaining weight just eating like a normal person. Look into a sensible plan. The best diet is eating lots of fruits and vegetables, while restricting fat. Balance with low-fat carbs and meats, but don't overdo it.

take it from me, i did that when i was in college. I did lose 60 lbs in one month BUT my skin was soo bad, i had break outs in my face ... and my skind had always been flawless...
Tell you what, its not worth it! instead of doing all of this...Eat Oatmeal 3 times a day and drink tons of liquid and vitamins and exercise for 1 hour. Its Fiber so its good for you and you would lose 8 lbs every week. Trust me, thats the diet I have been on.

That's quite unhealty, a balanced diet is equally as important as routine exercise and while I don't know much about Hoodia, I'm sure it can't be as healthy as vitamin supplements.

wake up early and on an empty stomach, drink calamansi juice abt 7 of it.dont drink plain water,drink plain water wif some of the juice..calamansi juice can burn fat yet its not too acidic to harm you stomach..at abt noon, have a bread and after 3 ,eat fresh soya nuts.dont eat anything frm 8 pm onwards.
2 wks and there you go.trust moi.
why bother not eating anything?its hard you noe..you can eat a lil but remember the juice..and no, lime or lemon doesnt werk.

You are still growing and your body needs food to build new cells.
Stay away from sugar and carbohydrates ie. no sodas, twinkes etc. and eat small amounts of protein 3 times a day. You must eat to live! Good Luck
