Absolutely not. Everyone knows smoking is unhealthy. This is just another example of people not taking responsibility for themselves. For God's sake, they put labels on the packages describing some of the more serious side effects of smoking. Honestly, if someone out there has a good reason for suing tobacco companies, I would love to hear it. And I'm not talking about this "It's an addiction, feel sorry for me" crap either. I quit. My mom quit. After almost 30 years of smoking I might add. My best friend quit, also after about 25 years. In my opinion, if you smoke and you get sick, too bad.

Absolutly not!!! As an x-smoker I have a choice and I know the health issues as well as any other. And I think that if we choose to torure our bodies, it is no-ones fault but our own. I mean give me a break, it says rite on the pack that it is not good for your health.

No! While I don't like cigarette company's, why should someone be allowed to sue the company when it was their choice to do what is known to be very bad for you.
