I'm trying to lose weight fast, But I am not wanting to follow the exact "slim fast diet" which includes more food then what I normally eat a day, and I was wondering if you are only able to drink 2 shakes a day or if you could drink more then that and not have any negative effects?

I'm concerned with a breakout of acne on my face in one area that won't go away. I take 500 mgs of vitamin c and a multivitamin every morning, could that be the cause ?

I've been using some nutrogena acne wipes, and the acne clears up for a day or two, then it comes back.

At first I thought it was my razor, so I bought a new razor and changed my shaving cream, but that didn't help.

Have any of you ever had this problem, and if so, what should I do ?

He is not to fond of doctors but at work yesterday his ears hurt so bad he had to go to the clinic (on-site). The doc says his canal was cherry red instead of pink and severly swollen also partial deafness in the right ear. No insurance just yet (has to wait for 90 days of employment) what can he do to remedy this if anything. suffering for about 2-3 wks now. aching ...etc,...

My grandfather was operated a couple of weeks ago due to kidney stones, they removed them by operation because they were too large, but what they did to him concerned me because they took the stones out and the kidney!?? I just want to know if that was necessary, because now hes back in emergency's cause he still has some kind of liquids inside of him that may cause infection, and i am really worried for him, if there is someone out there who can answer my questions?

first 3 days, is now out of hospital sores are healing but there is nerve damage to face he is suffering from pain due to whatshingles do to nerve endings and we knew to expect this, my ? is he seems to become addled and confused stumbling and disoriented talking as if tounge is swollen or something and at times making no sense,does anyone know if this normal? also was told vision might be affected by this once swelling was down, he did not lose his sight was fuzzy at first but it did come back but 2 times since released he has lost total vision in the eye and then came back several hours later, is this normal? we have Doc appts. this afternoon and I a m just trying to educate myself on all there is to know, especially since it took 3 visits to ER before they finally got it. I was very adament on each trip that he suffered from Ankoylosing Spondylitus and Chrohns disease and was receiving remicade treatments which suppresed immune system. shingles is RARE side effect of remicade. TY
