Ebay has a whitening kit that is sold to dentists. Its a bleaching tray kit and you wear it for fifteen to thirty minutes once a day. Its actually suprisingly cheap considering its a professional one, but they say its because they get it straight from the manufacturer. Do this ruin your teeth because of the high percentage of carbamide peroxide? or should it be fine?

i was watching porn with my bf and saw that the man there had his penis pointing almost vertically upwards when it erects. however, my bf's is pointing horizontally forward when it erects. i mean the inclination of the erected penis of my bf is much less than the porn stars'. my bf insists that his penis is normal. he told me he has been like that since his first erectioin and he claimed that many other people are like that. did he tell me the truth or he in fact got a weak penis?

I am a 25yr old female and I always seem to strain my right hamstring when I work out. I don't work out consistantly and that may be part of my problem.

Either way, I always strain my hamstring by lifting weights or on the Eliptical.

When will it stop! How can I stop pulling that muscle?
Is it ok to keep working out if there is minor pain in my hamstring?

I want to lose weight in a healthy but effective way. i have incresed my water intake and no longer drink soda. I have started exercising as well but i wanted to know if there were any tips out there that can help speed along the weight loss process safely and effectivly. specific workouts, foods, drinks?.....no diet pills or surgery if i want to do this i want to do it naturally. for a diet, i will follow this every day:
BREAKFAST-
water
1/2 biscuiet
maybe fruit (depends if i have time)
LUNCH-
those slim quick or whatever shakes... u know the ones that replace a meal
DINNER-
whatever gormet my dad makes me (typically seafood and lots of veggies
SNACKS-
FRUIT!!!!!(yummmm)
EXERSISE-
1 hr of DDR (on level hard, nonstop)
my goal is to lose 40 pounds(at least 30) by ASAP!!!! is plan is daily... is this a good plan... could u give me any recomendations? o yeah i'm not a wieght crazed person, my doc told me to get on a good plan and lose 30 lbs

I'm on the birth control pill and my period ended started about 2 weeks ago. Today I noticed I can smell a smelly towel about 10 feet away. It doesn't bother me...it's just weird that I smell it. Is this a heightened sense of smell? I also had very brief breast tenderness. However I have experienced breast tenderness before and I assumed it was because of the pill.

Is pine sol safe on dishes?
I have an aunt who is visiting my sister, and my sister called up this morning to tell me how upset she is because our aunt loves doing the dishes with pine sol. My sister has always used liquid dish detergent and a bit of bleach but it seems that our aunt has taken over and everytime my sister tells her she doesn't like it our aunt just ignores her and does it her way anyway. I really don't think this is right, i mean i am sure pine-sol will leave a residue on the dishes that can then be very harmfull to us. Am i wrong?
