No. You are getting no where near enough calories for the day.

Breakfast : Think whole grains and fruit. Bowl of oatmeal, bowl of cereal, whole wheat bagel, whole grain English muffins. Add a serving of fruit, either whole, or 8 oz of orange juice.

Lunch: SlimFast is not always the best option. Try a well balanced meal of small portions. Turkey on low-cal, high-fiber bread is about 135 calories - you could probably do with some tuna or Peanut butter. Add light string cheese, a piece of fruit, a small salad, and / or a bowl of tomato soup to round out the meal. Look for ways to add vegetable protein sources here.

Dinner - Sounds fine! lean meat and lots of veggies is a great idea!

You should eat at least 1,200 calories per day, and if you are getting an hour of cardio per day, this may be more. You may want to go back to your doctor to recommend a plan or a nutritionist to help you out.

Well the only problem I see here is that there is not much variety in your diet and that is really important. Without variety you will get really sick of eating the same thing every day so mix it up. Also to have a HEALTHY diet you need at least 1200 calories a day any less than that will actually slow down you metabolism and create adverse effects! (SO WATCH YOUR CALORIES AND MAKE SURE YOU GET ENOUGH) Also, the breakfast should be bigger. Your breakfast sets your Metabolism for the day so make sure you have MILK not water and whole grain toast or biscuit and always have another thing like fruit or yogurt. It is said that people who have at least 3 servings of dairy a day lose weight so have milk it is good for you! Lunch is good, and dinner, just make sure you watch your portions, and only eat till you are full... Good luck on the diet!

One last thing when you work out if you get lightheaded STOP, and eat something... that is a good way to know when you have not been consuming enough calories, and that is BAD!

it seems ok but i would eat a good breakfast as they say its the most important meal of the day which is true and the milkshakes not a good idea, you should have fruit or something here instead. but if you want to drop dress size quickly do the special k diet. 2 bowls of special k a day and 1 other meal. Also drinking plenty of water can help you lose weight. supposed to drink 8 litres a day so drink as much of that as you can. if your not fit dont do too hard of a workout straight away as can damage heart. if your fit make sure to do stretches before and after and start off slowly and slow down as starting into or stopping immediately afterwards can also damage the heart over a period of time. plus losing weight too quickly means you'll gain it back just as quick. talk it over with your doctor

Hi, Not really, because the biscuit and shakes dont provide
enough nutrients for your body. You should increase fruit
and vegetables to at least 5 a day, add a multi vitamin,
the biscuit is a carb, which turns to sugar, the fruit will turn
to sugar, and the shakes have tons of sugar in them

a good book is "get the sugar out"

You should try oatmeal for breakfast, turkey or eggs or lean
protien for lunch with fruit and veggies

lots of water, especially if you are exercising a lot

your plan is good, but make sure you don't go 4 hours with out eating something. so that means in between lunch and dinner eat your snack.ddr is good exercise because well it just is. keep things at a minimum at first because you need to ease yourself in to dieting. you should definetly eat fruit in the morning. it is healthy for you and it will fill you up till lunch. for lunch the shake is good..but try eating some veggie or fruit with it too. it won't hurt you, trust me. dinner is good...so hope you get on track and lose those pounds. good luck.

you should take something more filling for your breakfast or else you'll be hungry all day long and you'll be more tempted to eat candys and junk food.

Take enough proteins and carbs to be able to go trought your whole day and you shall be OK.

As for DDR it's a very good idea but you could introduce a little strenght training with it since building muscle will help you lose more weights. Sit-ups, push-ups and squats could be a good thing to start with if you don't have access to free weights.
