Oh, baby, you are beautiful, regardless of your weight. Ignore those dopes who are trying to tell you anything different. I struggled a lot with my weight as an adolescent as well, so I know exactly how you feel. Surround yourself with positive people and learn how to love yourself. But if you are seriously wanting to lose weight, check out Weight Watchers, or sign up for an extracurricular sports activity. Just please don't do anything destructive to yourself or your body. Again, you are magnificent. Good luck, girlie! =)

If you have a Dietician, you should talk to him/her about your concerns. You need to either (a) change your diet, or (b) exercise more. Diet & exercise are the two factors in weight loss. (Unless, of course, you have some sort of medical condition that makes you unable to loose weight.... again your Dietician can help.)
Your Dietician knows best, and can provide you with healthy, sound recommendations.
Also, use your own intuitions... you are in control of your daily routine & how you care for your body. Losing weight isn't something you "do"... it is a lifestyle change. If you eat junk food, make an effort to cut it out of your regular diet. Choose snacks like veggies over chips, juice over soda, etc... always choose the healthier food.
Then make an effort to exercise REGULARLY! Regularly is the key factor. This will keep your metabolism up. When you do "on-again/off-again" exercise this messes with your metabolism... making it go up and down... also making it more difficult to loss weight.
Find something you enjoy... whether walking or playing sports - or mix it up... and do it! As long as you are getting AT LEAST 20 minutes of exercise/3 days per week. This can be as simple as taking an evening walk after dinner.
This regularity also applies to your nutrition as well. If you attempt to "diet" one week - not eating much - then eat more the following week (and so on), your body will go into "starvation" mode. This yo-yo dieting makes your body think that it is starving when you eat less. As a result, your body will begin to store addition fat from the foods you eat. Again, making it more difficult to loss weight.

Too many people spend their lives trying to "diet". If you make good health part of you daily routine now, you won't have to fight this battle when you are older. Good luck!

Aww thats sweet. I dont think you have a problem, i imagine your hormones are all over the place at the momoent, i would try and keep a sensible diet but as you grow remember you need to eat plenty of good food and keep off unhealthey fatty stuff. but not all together.

Get into fun sports and stay active. do not pressure your self at all. Kids your age can be mean and you just need to 'roll with the punches so to speak' Your a great person not for falling but for getting back up!

Keep at it. perhaps see a doctor if you are very depressed about it but honestly sweetheart your so young and you will change and develop so much as you go through you teenage years. No doubt you will be a stunner when your older

Take care.

you are on the right track to losing weight...you have a dietition who is helping you. if you are a bit overweight don't stress about it. who cares...from the wise words of dr. seuss- Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind. just be who you think you should be. don't let someone else decide you weight and looks. good luck and hope this helps.

You are young please understand that we all go through a chubby time. Try watching what you eat and just make sure you are eating alot of little meals and that when you get hungry STOP eating. Also what works for younger people is cardio.... Cardio exercises like walking, jogging, running, biking, stairs, ect... will help you burn lots of calories and really tone up your body.

Good Luck, but please know we are all beautiful in our own way. Who cares what other people say.... Be sure you work to make yourself happy, if you want to lose weight for YOU it will work, but if you try to lose weight for the OTHER people to be happy, your diet or fitness plan will never work.

Just eat healthily and get regular exercise (30-40 minutes two to three times per week) eliminate caffeine like pop especially. eat lots of fresh veggies and fruit. be happy with who you are, that is they key to losing any weight. you wont lose weight if you are unhappy. also, who cares what other people think or say ok!? have confidence and keep your chin up. nobody your age should feel like this. have fun being young!

youre still really young and your body is developing. you will lose weight naturally. i think you should just stay healthy and exercise. anyone who cares about you wont care about your weight. its really hard being 15, theres loads of shi*t to put up with and everyones insecure. just try to hang in there and relax as much as possible. remember if anyone says youre fat theyre projecting their insecurities onto you - theyre just being stupid. basically, no one insults anyone else like that without being unhappy themselves. above all, just try to be happy!
