I'm on the birth control pill and my period ended started about 2 weeks ago. Today I noticed I can smell a smelly towel about 10 feet away. It doesn't bother me...it's just weird that I smell it. Is this a heightened sense of smell? I also had very brief breast tenderness. However I have experienced breast tenderness before and I assumed it was because of the pill.

Could these be signs of ovulation or am I being super paranoid?

If you have taken your pills correctly, you don't ovulate. The whole purpose of the pill is to trick your body into thinking your pregnant so you don't ovulate.
