My stomach is SEVERLY full right now and has felt this way since last night. It feels like there a solid mass in my stomach and it hurts. I tried "going" but nothing's happening. What should I take so it'll break down and digest already?

No jokes alright!!! haha! Please?! This is serious!

I know sweating is part of the routine, and it comes with exercising, but it seems like i sweat out a lot I seem to soak and my shirts look like I had been swimming afterwards. I was wondering is this the infamous water weight im getting rid of or is this a problem ?

I had a hysterectomy (complete) in 2002. My doctor won't put me on HRT's because I smoke. I am 35 and should be in the prime of my sex life. I am single and don't really find that I am all that interested in sex. Since my doctor won't prescribe something, is there something I can take or do to increase my want for sex? I know that there are things for vaginal dryness, but how would a person (that is single), who might find themselves in a situation, not wanting to say hey I need to use this, handle that? Does anyone know of any thing to increase sex drive, decrease vaginal dryness and is it even possible to still have an orgasm? I've not had sex since I had the d@mn surgery and I am missing that form of intimacy but don't know what to do. Guys, please don't tell me to contact you. That's not what I am looking for. Most days I feel like an "it" and not a woman. What is WRONG with me????

To avoid taking a Rx strong drug (such as Ambien) I take a benedryl every night to knock me out. I've read the packaging and there is no mention of duration. Can I take this over a very extended period of time without long term effects? How do I know this is ultimately "safe"?

OK so its a strange thing to ask but here it is. The side of my hurts not the inside of my throught but outside. Its hurts to the touch and its the left side almost that muscle on your neck.

I am on a diet and have been tracking calories. Im getting chinese food for dinner tonight and need to find out the nutritional info for the brown sauce and/ or the garlic sauce that comes on the side of steamed vegetables. Ive looked at calorieking.com and sparkpeople.com (which are the most comprehensive food databases I know of) but both don't have it. Please please please help me out. If you know, let me know. I've been looking up answers in Google, but all that comes up is carpal tunnel and diabetes, but the symptoms aren't quite the same...

For pretty much my entire life (I'm now 22), I can't get a strong grip at all in the morning. If I try to pick things up when I first wake up, my hands are frequently too weak to hold them. When I try to squeeze things, it's a feeling close to numbness, but more like I can tell my hand is there, I just can't control it like I normally do.

It goes away if I just wait a while and move around or if I splash cold water on my hands.

I've never had any serious problem with it; it's mostly just a little frustrating now and then. I'm just curious if anyone might know what causes it, or if anyone else has the same thing.

My apartment has a really old heating system that has vents on the floors. The heat is really dry, so when I wake up each morning, my nose is all stuffy and I feel really gross. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed that if I use a no-drip nose spray with a little Vick's vapor rub under my nose, when I wake up, I am clear! So, for about 2 weeks now, it is my nightly routine. I only put about a half-squirt in each side. It says on the bottle not to use more than a few days, but you know how it is, they are required to give certain warnings whether or not it is really harmful. What do you think?

My mother is getting a visiting nurse twice a week that medicare is paying for. She told me that she would do her hair even die it. she seems nice. she even said she would do her nails. is this normal for them to do or is she trying to get me to tip her? If so how much and how often do I tip her.

im not talking a huge amount maybe 10 pounds, it is easier to lose the weight if i have a lose wieght shake for breakfast or if i eat nothing at all?

(of course i know to eat healthy throughout the rest of the day, and go to the gym to work out)
