I know sweating is part of the routine, and it comes with exercising, but it seems like i sweat out a lot I seem to soak and my shirts look like I had been swimming afterwards. I was wondering is this the infamous water weight im getting rid of or is this a problem ?

It is probably good that you sweat a lot, it means your body is eliminating a lot of waste material.
Just take a shower right after and put on clean, dry clothes, and make sure to drink a lot of water and eat mineral-rich fruits and vegetables.

I think you are fine. As long as you can breathe and you do not feel unpleasant chest pressure, which may be a sign of heart condition induced by pushing yourself too hard, you're fine.
Start slowly and work out until you're slightly out of breath for the first couple days, then slowly up the intensity and duration.
I am in reasonably good shape ( I can comfortably run 5K), and I still look like I've been swimming after a 20-minute run. So, don't worry, it is normal, and not harmful.

If you don't sweat profusely at other times (night sweats, anxiety, nerves) then it is probably just the exercise and water weight reduction. If you are working out at a gym, ask one of the fitness consultants if they see it routinely.

If you do have other sweating episodes, then check out www.hufa.org, the symptoms link, and see if you have other symptoms of hypoglycemia. Excessive sweating was one of my symptoms.

It really all depends. Heavier people tend to sweat a lot more than those who are leaner but it can just water weight. If this is truly a concern of yours I'd suggest going to the doctor for a checkup and expressing your concerns to him or her.

It is how your body tries to keep cool. Be sure to take precautions that you don't get dehydrated.
