Normally I'll have oatmeal and a yogurt. Lately I've been eating a yogurt and some grapes but today I'm being bad. I always have my starbucks coffee and I HAD to get a black bottom cupcake. For the most part I eat relatively healthy but every now and then I have my moments. I'm trying to eat healthier so I have more energy, but I'm only human and give in to bad cravings!!!

I like spoon size shredded wheat with bran with skim milk and a half or whole banana with some blueberries. I enjoy this breakfast and I'm just about to have it now. Sometimes I have the same fruit with oatmeal which I've prepared the day before and heat in the micro. They say the large leaf oatmeal is best and its really no problem to cook and it doesn't really take as long as it says on the packet. The blueberries I buy frozen and are delicious. Happy breakfast!!

I have a glass of water and an allergy pill. Yummy. No calories. No fat. No sugar. No cholesterol. Doesn't get any healthier than that!
That said, nutritionists highly recommend eating breakfast. For one thing, you get important vitamins and minerals that help jump-start your day. Secondly, getting food in regular intervals helps your body process and digest the food more efficiently, reducing your fat intake. So my no-breakfast habit is not necessarily a good one, but it is a 20-year-old habit. Going to be a hard one to break!
If you're looking for a healthy breakfast, you can't do better than cereal and some fruit or juice. It is quick, healthy, low-fat, and gives you a good array of vitamins and minerals. Just don't get the sugary kinds!

I FIRMLY believe breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If I don't have it, its mind blowing what I will eat at 2:pm (portionwise). I bake (healthy) muffins...yogurt, an apple, nuts (PORTIONED or I will eat whole bag). I can munch on the 20-minute drive to work. Yesterday I had a leftover half tuna melt.
I reeeeeeeeeeally am trying to go healthier.
