Just keep excersizing and drinking water and throw in some weight training days to build muscle. Muscle cuts down fat when your sitting at home and sleeping. So your doing good though!!! You can probably lose about 1-2lbs a week safely. And watch wahat you eat and you will be good!! Stick with it, you'll see good results in a couple weeks.

3 things

- healthy eating habits

I guess you have started good, if you say you are careful with what you eat. When I say healthy eating habits, I mean 3 meals a day, breakfast the most important, a decent lunch and an even more decent dinner. In between you can have snackings under the form of fruits or yoghurt. Never skip meals, stay away from fats as possible, no red meat, only chicken and fish. Basically you gotta eat whatever you like, but whatever you like from a specific list. Like let's be serious....you won't eat a hamburger if you really want to lose weight, right?

- exercise

Implement an exercise program. Daily. Don't make it ruough. Make it contain some cardio (jogging is good), some pushups, stretching and things like that. Don't overwhelm yourself with physical effort. It's way far from being a healthy thing. To amke it even more pleasant, you can have your exercises done with your friends or, why not, bf.

- healthy lifestyle

Sleeping is part of a healthy way of living. Your body needs to rest and recover from a day's effort, so, let it rest by offering it at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Stay as much as possible in fresh air, whether you are in your room or in a pub or in a club and so on. Get out more, have fun, laugh more, don't look at this "Program" as being a "must do" but a "fun to do"

I guess these are my suggestions. Good luck!

Depending on what you're doing I suggest Every other day cardio then weight training, focus on the larger muscle groups like quads to burn fat faster, but don't forget the others. Running even a little is a quick weight loss cardio. It also is great for toning legs, but, abs. You didn't mention weight or your height, but it sounds like your on the right track. KUDOS to making a change. If you do have a large amount of belly fat check out CLA supplement. It was featured in Fitness magazine this month, I wanted to mention that to back up my statement. Also you might want to try a protein drink as well, to help with muscle growth. Research both and see if it would be good for you. I would be interested in hearing your results, so please if you like e-mail me

High protein diet, no matter what they say, that's the quickest way to lose weight. So if you gain weight off that diet, it's not the protein diets fault.
Do an hour of cardio everyday, running, walking, swimming. Something where your continually going and getting your heartrate up.

When working out do cardio in between sets. Like bench press and run for 5 min. do another set of bench press and run etc... If you don't like to run, jumping rope works well.
