Its like a mystery to me. my bf does this all the time when hes at home watching tv or talking on the phone. he never does it in public it seemed like but when I asked him one time he said he does. he does it when his hands are in his pants pockets and you can hardly see it while hes doing it. I mean...why???? is it a habit? Its very unsexy to me. please guys, help me understand ..lol

I have just quit smoking today (or am trying to) after five years. I know five years isn't long but it is still hard. I am not going to use the patch or any other nicotine substitute, I don't believe in that stuff. Also, I don't regularly chew gum because it makes my jaw hurt, so thats ruled out. There is also only so much hard candy you can suck on before you get an upset stomach. I was wondering if there were any ways that could help the nicotine fits? Especially when it comes to driving and drinking? (But not at the same time obviously, hehe)

I JUST NEED HELP before I go off on someone I don't mean to.

i really dont know what to do! maybe is just that im jeaolous of him sleeping with someone else, but at the same time i dont think is fair for other people to get it! i really dont like that and i tried telling him and he was just being ignorant like he doesnt even care! so we broke up and now he wants to go off and start talking to other girls, what should i do? i left him alone and we dont talk anymore,but i dont think he should be doing that!!

I recently went through Radiation therapy (2 yrs ago) for colo-rectal cancer.
Pre-surgury, and the tumor was removed. Besides all the other problems and complications; I have recently been in agonizing pain in my hip. Exactly where my radiation tatoo is located. Has the hip bone been weakened, and will I continue to have problems post radiation with the bones in the radiation field?

Knee pain and joint support formulas?
I'm considering buying a joint support supplement to help me for the next few weeks while i recover from having terrible runner's knee. I'm 30 and have been running seriously for about a year now. I read that women are more susceptible to knee problems and i want to prevent future deterioration or damage to my knees. Any suggestions on a product or brand? Has this worked for you?

I know Lexapro isn't FDA approved to treat SAD (social anxiety disorder) or PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder), but I've been recently prescribed this.

Any SSRI would help wouldn't it?

Has anyone tried Lexapro and has had their social phobia or PMDD symptoms relieved from it?

I tried Zoloft (which is FDA approved to treat SAD and PMDD), but 50mg didn't do much, and 100mg wouldnt let me sleep more than 2 hours a night for 2 weeks...

I've done some research and have come across Paxil also. How well does it work for one with SAD or PMDD? Personal experiences only please.
