From what I understand, there is a disease quite similar to Parkinson's which can be occur as a result of boxing. I think this was learned in my physiology of psychology class a year ago and we were also told at this time that this is actually what Ali has.

Of course, you need look no further than Muhammod Ali to see this. He was one of the most powerful men in the world, but now his brain has deteriorated to the point where he can barely move and think any more. It is a shame, but that is what a constant pummeling of your head leads to.
