For the pimples you have right now try toothpaste regular not the gel kind, put a dab of it on them before bed... You may want to invest in Proactiv it worked for me! All my friends and family use it too!!

if you want to pop it make sure you use cotton, and wash your hands, you can also get a cloth and wet it up in warm water to stream it up the put it only on the pimple to steam it and it will ozee out.

make a small incision on the top of the pimple
with a clean rasorblade or incision knive if you have.
led it bleed for a while,clean it with anticeptic liquid, put a bandage or strip on it to keep it clean, it will heal in a short time.

wash with a saliclyic acid cleansing wash, regular acne topicals u have, then spot treatment...don't pick it or it will stay there longer and prolly scar!
