Breasts come in different sizes because all humans come in different shapes and sizes. Our heads, our necks, our hands, our shoulders, our hips, they're all different shapes and sizes, breasts are no different. The reason is of course that we are organically grown based on protein strands (DNA) as a general guideline.

We all have different DNA, so we are all different sizes, shapes, colors, etc.

They basically grow like anything else. At a certain developmental stage the body starts producing different hormones and is instructed to start developing sexual organs. They grow by cell replication, like most body parts do.

I know females that have no titties at all but have lots of ***, i know females that have so much breasts that have to have breast retuction done cuz it hurt their back and they still grow back enormously. Shapes? Pretty much all of them are the same except the fact that they might be big or small or close together or far apart. Thats all it is the rest of shape is being configured by the size and weight. If they are too big they will sag a little, a lot more after child birth. Small ones will always be perky because there is not a lot of weight to them to sag.
How they grow? Well they grow like the rest of stuff grow.....really its all genetics on how much of them will grow....:)

Muscle? Some chics dont wear bras when they are suppose to and they begin to sag and the skins stretches therefore they are kinda hollow. Otherwise when a woman takes care of her breast and wears bras and may exercise some they are firm and nice.
