The only way I can think that circumcision would help fight Aids is by keeping you celebate for a brief period while it heals....Other than that, there really is no reason it would help!

Circumcision does not help to fight AIDS. It does help to prevent infections (especially yeast) which can develop without proper cleaning of the penis.
