So I got frustrated and started eating as I was before. How can I get an incentive to get back on track?

You can't give up that easily if you really want to lose the weight. You have to be commited to changing your eating habits and your lifestyle. One week isn't enough to see results from anything. Think....you didn't gain all the weight in just one week so it's going to take longer to get it off. Along with watching what you eat, you should walk at least 30 minutes a day. Diet and excercise in combination will give you faster results than just dieting alone. Make this commitment for yourself and your well being. Be proud of yourself each day for what you've done for yourself. You can do it but you can't give up so easily. If you lose 1 pound a week that's ok. It's better to lose it slowly, then it tends to stay off. Set different goals for yourself, like only check your weight every 2 weeks, not every day. Set a goal of losing between 5 and 10 pounds the first month. That way you don't set your goals too high and get yourself disappointed. You can do it. Good luck. BTW, my sister lost 35 pounds walking 30 minutes every day.....it really helps!

You need to realize that weight loss can take some time...be patient.... You need to be exercising 3 times a week as well as eating very healthy for weight loss to happen... Its better if you stick with the diet and exercise plan and pay more attention to what your body looks like rather that what weight you are at....

Oh, I am so sorry. To stay back on track, really try not to eat sugar products or anything fattening. Also, do LOTS of sports. I highly recommend a tredmill or this special tea: http://www.wulongforlife.com/?OVRAW=how%20to%20lose%20weight&OVKEY=weight%20loss&OVMTC=standard
