It will stay in your system and show up on a drug test for a month. It stays in your system longer than any other drug. There are detox products you can buy at the health food store that work.

It only takes 3 days to clear from your blood stream, but will remain in hair follicles for at least a year.
The damage done to your lungs will clear slightly in 3 months, but the damage is done, and as for brain cells, well they're dead for good.

Drink cranberry juice and eat fiber.

Congratulations on quitting!

It takes 3 days for the smoke to clear from your lungs, but that means its 3 days for every joint you smoked... If youve been smoking a joint a day for 3 years, itll take 3 years for your lungs to return to normal.

If you have to take a drug test - I have heard six weeks. Some people will tell you that the damage it does to your brain will stay with you forever. Don't know if that's true or not.
